Born in Buea. Building leaders everywhere.
Renewed Mind Leaders is an apolitical, faith-rooted movement that trains young people to lead with vision, integrity and purpose, in Cameroon and in more than ten nations beyond it.
Our story
A movement that started with one question.
What if the next generation of African leaders was trained on purpose, instead of left to chance? Renewed Mind Leaders was founded in Buea, Cameroon to answer that question. We started with school prefects and campus chapters. Today we run leadership summits, a training center, a business department and a service arm across four continents, and we are still standing on the same conviction: leadership can be taught, and integrity is not optional.
We are apolitical by design and faith-rooted at our core. We welcome every young person, of every background, who is ready to take responsibility for their generation.
Vision
To raise a new generation of purpose-driven young leaders with renewed minds, a strong sense of integrity and citizenship, demonstrating visionary leadership.
Mission
To inspire, empower and train young people to take up the challenge of leadership by bringing creative, innovative and sustainable solutions to today's problems.
Motto
"Empowering minds to greatness." Our promise, said the same way everywhere we work.
We did not build Renewed Mind Leaders to make noise. We built it to make leaders: young people who renew their minds, guard their integrity, and carry their generation forward. Every summit, every chapter, every child we feed is the same conviction in a different form. You were built to lead. We are here to help you start.
