Chapter Leadership Summit
What happens
Chapter Leadership Summit, up close.
A working summit, not a ceremony. Chapter presidents and executives audit the past year, set targets for the next one, and train together on the same leadership curriculum RML runs everywhere else.
Who it is for
Built for the right people.
Sitting chapter executives and the members being groomed to take over from them next.
19 chapters represented Annual
The summit shifted my mindset on leadership. I now see myself as a solution provider, with the responsibility to lead with courage and purpose. Not someday. Starting now.
